Need your documents urgently? Wordcraft handles urgent attestation requests in Dubai and across the UAE — MOFA, embassy and certificate attestation with priority follow-up on our side. Tell us your deadline — we confirm what is possible before we start. Pickup and delivery available.
When to Make an Urgent Request
- Urgent visa, job or travel deadlines
- Last-minute embassy or MOFA requirements
- Certificate attestation with a close deadline
Note: the earlier we receive your document, the more options there are — we confirm what is possible before we start. Related: MOFA Attestation.
Documents You Need
- The original certificate or document (not a copy)
- A copy of the certificate holder's passport
- For educational certificates: the transcripts or mark sheets, if the issuing authority or your employer asks for them
- A copy of your UAE visa or Emirates ID, if you are a resident
- Your deadline and the authority waiting for the document, so we can plan the fastest possible route
- A signed authorisation letter, if Wordcraft handles the home-country and embassy steps for you
How It Works — Step by Step
- Send a scan and your deadline on WhatsApp or email — we confirm which steps can be fast-tracked and send a free quote within 10–30 minutes.
- Hand over the original early at any of our four offices — Dubai HQ (Al Twar), Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah — or book our pickup service.
- Priority submission — we submit the document for embassy legalization or digital MOFA attestation as a priority and follow it up throughout.
- Translation in parallel — if an Arabic legal translation is needed, we prepare it at the same time.
- Delivery — collect the attested document from our office or receive it through our delivery service.
What Can Be Done Quickly, and What Cannot
An urgent request removes waiting time on our side: fast pickup, a pre-check before submission and priority follow-up with each office. It cannot make a government office or a foreign ministry work faster. This is an honest picture of what speed is realistic:
| Your document | How fast it can realistically move |
|---|---|
| UAE-issued (birth, marriage and similar certificates) | The fastest case. MOFA attests UAE-issued documents online, usually within an hour, when the document is correct |
| UAE document that the issuing authority must verify first | Slower, because that verification comes before the MOFA step |
| Foreign document not yet attested | Depends on the home-country chain and the UAE Embassy there; nobody can honestly promise a date in advance |
| Document for a foreign embassy in the UAE | Set by that embassy's own schedule or service center |
How we avoid the delays that cost the most time
Most urgent cases are slowed by a rejection, not by the queue. Before we submit, we check that the document is not laminated, that names match the passport, that the issuing authority's own stamp or verification is in place, and that the text is in Arabic or English or has a certified translation. Tell us your deadline when you send the photo, and the quote will say plainly whether it can be met.
More Questions About Urgent Attestation
Can you guarantee my deadline?
We control our own steps: pickup, pre-check, submission and follow-up. Government and embassy processing is outside anyone's control, so the quote tells you honestly whether your deadline is realistic before you pay.
Which documents cannot be rushed?
Foreign documents that have not yet been authenticated in their home country, and documents with errors that the issuing authority must correct first. In both cases the delay sits with another office, and urgent handling only saves the time on our side.
Can the translation be done at the same time as the attestation?
Partly. A legal translation normally covers the attestation stamps too, so it is finalized after attestation. For urgent files we translate the document in advance and add the stamps at the end, which saves most of the waiting.
Can I make an urgent attestation request outside Dubai?
Yes. Our Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah offices take urgent files as well, and the RAK office stays open until 22:00 on weekdays.
What should I send to start an urgent request?
A clear photo of every page, the deadline, and the name of the office waiting for the document. With those three things we can confirm the fastest route in the quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is an urgent attestation request in Dubai?
It means we prioritise your file on our side — pickup, pre-check, submission and follow-up with MOFA and other authorities. Tell us your deadline — we confirm what is possible before we start.
How fast can MOFA attestation be done?
It depends on the document. According to MOFA, many UAE-issued documents are attested online, usually within an hour, while foreign documents depend on their home-country chain. Tell us your deadline — we confirm what is possible before we start.
