Can I get a POA in Abu Dhabi without an appointment?
For standard POAs, yes. ADJD's automated service issues the POA online through UAE PASS, using pre-approved templates. If your POA needs wording outside those templates, it goes to a notary session by video or in person.
Can I join an ADJD video session from outside the UAE?
Remote sessions exist for signatories who cannot attend in person, but eligibility depends on the document and on how you can be identified. If ADJD's rules do not fit your case, the alternatives are the MOJ e-Notary or a notary in your country followed by UAE embassy legalization.
Is a POA from Abu Dhabi valid in Dubai?
