As read in October 2026, the platform lists five notary services: writing and authentication of contracts and deeds, requesting a legal notice, issuing a copy of an earlier deed, requesting executive status on deeds, and cancelling contracts and deeds.
The main one, writing and authentication of contracts and deeds, covers powers of attorney, contracts, declarations and waivers. The platform describes four steps:
- Log in with UAE PASS.
- Submit the application with the supporting documents the system asks for.
- Pay the applicable fees.
- Complete the digital signature and receive the approved document.
