How Our Online System Works: WhatsApp → Quote → Payment Link → Tracking → Final File
- WhatsApp photo. Shoot every page flat and in daylight, reverse sides and stamps included, and send it to your nearest branch. Long files can come by email instead.
- Written quote in 10–30 minutes. It names the language pair, whether you need a legal (MOJ) or a certified translation, the authority it is for and the delivery time, all in writing before you commit.
- Secure payment link. Accept the quote and pay through the link, or settle at a branch if you prefer.
- Order confirmation and status updates. A confirmation arrives straight away, and the order shows its status as it moves: in translation, in proofreading, certified, ready.
- Final file online. The completed translation reaches you as a PDF. If you need the stamped paper version, collect it at a branch or have it delivered.

When You Need the Stamped Original
Plenty of authorities now accept the digital file. Others still want the stamped paper translation, or want your original document next to it; court filings, some notary appointments and embassy submissions are typical. Where that applies, the quote says so and we arrange the paper copy with free delivery. If the document also needs attestation or notarization, we pick up the original from your home or office at no charge and bring it back when the work is done.
Security and Confidentiality of Your Files
Official documents carry personal data, so every file is treated as confidential. Only the translators and staff assigned to your order handle it, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request for company or legal files. Rather not use WhatsApp for a sensitive document?
