Hebrew legal translation in Dubai is the certified translation of Hebrew company, contract and civil documents into Arabic or English so that UAE licensing authorities, notaries, banks and courts will accept them. Wordcraft translates Israeli company extracts, board resolutions, commercial contracts and family certificates, and an MOJ-licensed legal translator stamps each one. Your written quote arrives within 10–30 minutes.

Since the UAE and Israel established relations in 2020, Hebrew paperwork has become a regular part of company formation, banking and residence files here. We also work the other way, putting UAE Arabic documents such as trade licenses, MOAs and judgments into Hebrew for use in Israel.

Opening a UAE Branch With Israeli Company Documents

Most Hebrew work we receive is corporate. An Israeli company that opens a UAE branch or subsidiary, or appoints a manager here, normally files its registry extract, articles, a board resolution and a power of attorney. The order of steps decides whether the file is accepted the first time:

  1. Sign the resolution and power of attorney before an Israeli notary, and order a current company extract.
  2. Authenticate the set in Israel and have it legalized by the UAE Embassy, which now completes UAE MOFA attestation digitally in the same step. An Israeli apostille does not replace this, because the UAE has not joined the Apostille Convention.
  3. Send us the legalized set. We produce the Arabic version for the licensing authority, notary or bank, with company names and registration numbers exactly as they appear in your Latin-script documents.

For the company formation itself, see mainland business setup and company bank account opening. Audited accounts and bank statements go to our financial translation team.

Hebrew and Arabic are both Semitic, right-to-left languages, yet legal Hebrew has abbreviations, company-law terms and date habits of its own. Israeli certificates often print a Hebrew-calendar date beside the Gregorian one, and nine-digit identity numbers must be copied without a single slip. We assign linguists who read Israeli legal documents routinely, and for repeat clients we keep a glossary so that a term in the first filing reads the same in the tenth. A confidentiality agreement is available for commercial files.

Ordering Your Hebrew Translation

  • Scan everything, including the notary's certificate and any apostille or legalization page. A phone photo is enough for the quote.
  • Name the receiver: the free zone, economic department, bank or court, plus the English spelling of company and officer names.
  • Approve the quote. A Hebrew linguist translates, a colleague checks figures and names, and the stamped Arabic file comes back by email, with the hard copy ready at the branch or delivered.

For UAE documents going the other way, our Arabic to English legal translation team often works alongside the Hebrew linguists.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you translate an Israeli company extract into Arabic for a UAE free zone?

Yes. Company extracts, articles, resolutions and powers of attorney are translated from Hebrew into Arabic as MOJ-certified legal translations for free zones, economic departments, notaries and banks.

Is an Israeli apostille accepted in the UAE?

Not by itself. Israel issues apostilles, but the UAE is outside the Apostille Convention, so the document still needs UAE Embassy legalization, which now carries MOFA attestation, before the Arabic translation.

How do you handle Hebrew-calendar dates?

Where a certificate shows only a Hebrew-calendar date, the translation gives the Gregorian equivalent so it lines up with your passport and other records.

Do you translate UAE documents into Hebrew?

Yes. Trade licenses, MOAs, judgments and civil records issued in the UAE can be translated from Arabic into Hebrew.

Will you sign an NDA for a commercial Hebrew file?

Yes. Send your NDA or ask for ours before you share the documents.
