The educator route is aimed at people working in UAE schools who stand out in their role, for example:

The detailed conditions (years of experience, the school's rating, performance evidence and qualifications) are set by the nominating authority and updated from time to time. Nomination Through the Education Authority
The nomination comes from the education authority that oversees your school, for example the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) for private schools in Dubai, or the relevant emirate or federal education authority elsewhere. In most cases your school supports or submits the nomination, so you will need your employer's cooperation for the letters and records. Once nominated, the Golden visa itself is filed with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) or, in Dubai, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
Documents and Attestation
- Passport valid for at least six months and a recent photo
- Teaching degree or education qualification, attested for UAE use
- Experience certificates from previous schools, attested where issued abroad
- Equivalency certificate where the authority asks for one
- Employment contract, salary certificate and a letter from your current school
- Evidence of performance: appraisals, awards, recognitions
- Current visa, Emirates ID and health insurance
