Al Twar is our biggest team, and the head-office staff who support the other three branches work from this office. If you need a translator for a less common language, or the job is due the same day, message before you set off so the right person is free when you arrive.

Directions to the Arzoo Building

Ask for Al Twar Centre: most taxi drivers in Dubai know it. The Arzoo Building, which many people still call the Sharjah Islamic Bank Building, stands directly beside it on Al Nahda Road. Take the lift to the third floor and look for Office 307.

  • From Deira, Al Garhoud or the airport side: head toward Al Qusais and follow the signs for Al Twar Centre.
  • From Sharjah: Al Qusais is among the first Dubai districts after the border, so the drive from Al Nahda (Sharjah) or Al Taawun is short outside rush hour.
  • By Metro: the Green Line has stations in Al Qusais; finish the trip by taxi or on foot.
  • Parking: spaces near Al Twar Centre are in demand on weekday mornings. Allow a few minutes, or WhatsApp the documents ahead so the visit itself is short.

What Is Near Our Dubai Office

The neighbor that matters most is Al Twar Centre, a building with government and semi-government service counters used by residents of north-east Dubai. Each department decides which services it offers there and when, so check its official website or app before you go. Our Al Twar Centre guide lists what to bring.

The practical benefit of being next door: counters that take notary, residency, labor and licensing files usually refuse a foreign document without an Arabic legal translation, and a certificate issued abroad also needs attestation. Customers get that part done at Office 307, check it with us, and walk over with a complete file. Around the office are the residential blocks of Al Qusais, Al Twar and Al Nahda, and Dubai International Airport is a short drive away.

Business Setup Next to Al Twar Centre

Company paperwork is a large share of the Dubai office's work. Mainland licenses are issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), and each change to a license (a new partner, a new activity, a renewal) brings documents that must be drafted, translated, notarized or attested before DET or a free zone authority accepts them. The Al Twar team prepares that full file:

For owners who live in Sharjah or north-east Dubai, signing drafts and handing over originals in Al Qusais is often quicker than a trip to the business districts further south.

Visa and Residence Services at Our Al Twar Office

For people who live in Dubai, residence visas go through the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai (GDRFA). The other emirates use the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP); our ICP vs GDRFA guide explains the split. From Al Twar we prepare and file:

A visa application is only as strong as the papers behind it. A spouse visa needs an attested, translated marriage certificate; an employment visa often needs an attested degree. Preparing those papers and the application in the same office removes the usual back-and-forth.
