Wordcraft provides MOJ-certified Italian legal translation in Dubai — for certified Italian legal translation and consulate documents. Our certified Italian translators handle contracts, certificates, court documents and powers of attorney with full accuracy, and our translations are accepted by UAE courts, the Ministry of Justice, government departments and embassies.

Legal documents demand precise terminology. A single mistranslation can invalidate a contract or delay a court case. Our Italian legal translators are licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice (MOJ), so every translation is accepted the first time.

Italian Documents We Translate

  • Contracts, agreements and company documents
  • Court judgments and legal notices
  • Powers of attorney (POA)
  • Birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates
  • Degree, diploma and experience certificates
  • Passports, ID and residence documents
  • Medical and insurance reports

Italian Translation Across the UAE

We provide certified Italian translation in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, with free pickup and delivery. Standard turnaround 1–2 working days; same-day Express available.

For all languages and document types, see our main Legal Translation in Dubai page.

Documents You Need

  • A clear scan or photo of every page of your Italian document — front and back, including stamps, seals and any handwritten notes
  • A copy of your passport, so names are spelled exactly as they appear in it
  • The name of the authority that will receive the translation (court, ministry, embassy, bank, school or free zone), so we format it to that authority's requirements
  • Any earlier translation or attestation stamps on the document, so names and terms stay consistent
  • The original document, kept ready — some authorities ask to see it alongside the certified translation

How It Works — Step by Step

  1. Send your document on WhatsApp or email, or drop it at any of our four offices — Dubai HQ (Al Twar), Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah.
  2. Get a free quote within 10–30 minutes confirming the language pair, the receiving authority and the delivery time — before any work starts.
  3. Translation and review — a legal translator translates your Italian document and a second linguist proofreads it.
  4. Certification — the translation is stamped and signed by an MOJ-licensed legal translator.
  5. Collection or free delivery — pick it up from our office or use our free pickup and delivery. If the receiving authority asks for it, we can also arrange notarization or MOFA attestation.

Italian Documents: Certificati, Visura Camerale and Notarial Deeds

Italian professionals, families and companies in the UAE bring us a familiar set of documents:

  • Civil-status certificates: certificato di nascita, estratto dell'atto di matrimonio, certificato di stato di famiglia (family status) and certificati anagrafici (registry certificates), including multilingual EU forms where the Italian parts still need translating
  • Criminal record certificates (certificato del casellario giudiziale) for employment and residence files
  • Company documents: the visura camerale (Chamber of Commerce company extract), atto costitutivo and statuto (deed and articles of incorporation) and minutes of shareholder or board meetings, for UAE branches, subsidiaries and bank accounts
  • Notarial deeds: procure (powers of attorney), property deeds and succession documents
  • Academic records: diploma di laurea, transcripts and professional registrations for employment and equivalency

Italian documents often abbreviate public offices and use long legal sentences; we translate them in full, keeping names and codes such as the codice fiscale exactly as written.

Attestation Before Translation for Italian Documents

An Italian paper is first legalized by the Italian authority responsible for that type of document, often the prefettura or the public prosecutor's office, and then by the UAE Embassy in Rome, where the UAE MOFA stamp is now added electronically. Italy's apostille is not accepted as a substitute. The Arabic translation follows and includes each legalization page. See Italy certificate attestation and Translate or attest first?

Italian Files That Also Include French, Spanish or German

Italian companies with European shareholders, and families from border regions, often need more than Italian. Add French, Spanish or German legal translation to the same order.
