The documents issued from the Philippines need to be attested to use inside the UAE. Regardless of the type of documents, we can assure you of trustworthy and fast attestation services for all kinds of educational, non-educational, or commercial documents issued from the Philippines.
To use a Philippine document in the UAE, it must first be verified by the issuing authority (CHED or PSA as needed), then authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA authentication — the red ribbon was discontinued in 2019), and then legalised by the UAE Embassy in Manila, which now completes the UAE MOFA attestation digitally in the same step.
Wordcraft provides Philippine Document Attestation in UAE for all types of documents issued from the Philippines.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the document also need an Arabic translation?
Often, yes — UAE authorities usually require a certified Arabic legal translation of documents issued in other languages. We confirm this with the receiving authority and can do it in-house.
Is the attestation valid for every UAE authority?
Once the UAE MOFA attestation is complete — for most documents issued abroad it is now done digitally by the UAE embassy in the issuing country — the document can be used across the emirates. Some authorities also ask for an Arabic translation, which we check before submission.
Do I need to be in the Philippines to attest my documents?
No. You hand over the original and a passport copy in the UAE, and we coordinate the steps in the Philippines and with the UAE Embassy there for you.
Philippines Route 2026: CHED/PSA, DFA Authentication, then the UAE Embassy in Manila
| Document | Philippine verification | Then |
|---|---|---|
| College degrees and transcripts | School registrar, then CHED certification (CAV) | DFA authentication, then the UAE Embassy Manila |
| High school and elementary records | DepEd certification | DFA authentication, then the UAE Embassy Manila |
| Technical and vocational certificates | TESDA certification | DFA authentication, then the UAE Embassy Manila |
| Birth, marriage and death certificates, CENOMAR | PSA-issued copy | DFA authentication, then the UAE Embassy Manila |
| NBI clearance | NBI-issued clearance | DFA authentication, then the UAE Embassy Manila |
DFA authentication replaced the old red ribbon in 2019. After DFA, the UAE Embassy in Manila legalizes the document and includes the UAE MOFA attestation digitally, so Philippine documents normally arrive ready for UAE use.
Attesting Philippine Documents From the UAE
You do not need to fly to Manila. Send photos of your documents on WhatsApp and we identify the Philippine agency involved (CHED for college records, DepEd for school records, TESDA for vocational certificates, PSA for civil documents), then send a written quote within 10–30 minutes. After you confirm, you hand the originals to any of our four offices or use our collection service, and we coordinate the agency step, DFA authentication and the UAE Embassy in Manila while you track the order online.
If a UAE authority needs the documents in Arabic, our MOJ-certified legal translators translate them once they are attested, and the originals come back to you by delivery.
